Biography
A BFA graduate from OCAD University in 2012, Christina Mazzulla is a Toronto-based multidisciplinary artist who specialises in spray paint and mixed-media work. Her style, steeped in psychedelic imagery, blends wildlife, fantasy landscapes, and electric colour gradients. Alongside her visual art practice, she works as a tattoo artist at a downtown Toronto studio.
One of the few active female graffiti artists in Toronto, she is a regular presence at the city's major urban art events: the Butterfly Laneway Project — in which she has taken part every year since 2017 — Women Paint Toronto, Wall Expressions, and Light Up Laneway. Her murals can be found across Toronto neighbourhoods, including Spadina, Art Eggleton Park, and the Ossington laneways. During the pandemic, she expanded her practice to oil painting on panel.
